   Custom Home #13   BACK

The house philosophy respond to surrounding site features. The top of the hill location,  tower shaped library and loft, and large size stones on the façade create a castle-like  feeling. The inside of the house is lighten up agents the massive exterior by open ceilings and floating spaces.

Dinning room has exclusive rich molding work and connects to Foyer and Family room by arched cased openings.

Formal entertaining and living spaces are clearly defined in generously proportioned rooms still allowing open-plan organization that accommodates the overlapping rituals of everyday family life, challenging ideas of closure and fixed space.

Used now as a weekend retreat, the house will eventually become the first house.
